GLOBAL COLLABORATION
Roy Singham was too modest to say anything, but ThoughtWorks is putting their money where their mouth is… check these links to learn more about Mingle, attributed to be the first commercial application to run on JRuby.
ROOTS at LinkedIn
Did you miss a business opportunity while at ROOTS? Don't worry! Join the ROOTS International Conference group at LinkedIn and stay in touch with the committee, speakers and other interesting ROOTS delegates.

The only prerequisite is that you have taken part at ROOTS once before.
Metrics versus Subjective Quality
Read the face-off between Tom Gilb and Alistair Cockburn -- both ROOTS speakers -- in the IEEE Software issue March/April 2008. The first article, "Metrics Say Quality Better than Words", is written by Tom Gilb. The second article, "Subjective Quality Counts in Software Development", is written by Alistair Cockburn.
